SHIPPING PROCESS & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Orders placed on our website are processed from Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Important (provide your current and active email address).
(STRICTLY NO ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY.)
Please double check the items in your cart as we would not be accepting cancellation of orders once your order is submitted/confirmed.
ETA / SHIPPING PERIOD
2 - 4 business days (Within Metro Manila)
5 – 14 business days (Outside Metro Manila) Depending on 3rd party courier service’s schedule.
SHIPPING COST
Starts at PHP 70.00 (will increase depending on order quantity and delivery location) Shipping fee will be automatically added in your total bill after you fill-out all the necessary details (Name, Complete Delivery Address, Contact Number) in the order screen.

RETURN GUIDELINES
R1.) You only have up to 24-48 hours upon receiving shipment to return the items purchased online. Exchanges beyond the given time will not be accepted.
"WE OFFER STORE CREDIT REFUNDS ONLY."
It means that if you want to exchange the item you have received, you can only replace it with a different item immediately or on a later date with our new and upcoming releases provided that the item amount is the same. If in case that you want that the amount of the originally purchased item is higher than the amount you want to exchange it with, we will not refund the excess amount in any form of cash but store credits only. If the amount of the originally purchased item is lower than the amount you want to exchange it with, we will require you to pay extra to make the amount of the exchange equal.
R2.) We only allow item exchange generally for defective and wrong items sent by us, but cases like wrong sizing will not be accepted.
Take note: the customer is responsible and will handle all the shipping costs. Once approved, we request that you ship the original item back for inspection before processing the exchange.
R3.) We require our clients to record a video while opening the package as proof that no tampering was done beforehand.
If you notice a damage on the item, you may email us at sales.labordays@gmail.com within 24-48 hours of delivery.
We ask you to provide the recorded video and detailed images and the of the product in question along with packing and invoice slip. No video and photo evidence submitted will result us not to accept the return or replacement of the item in question.
R4.) Returned items must be in new, unused, and original condition with tags, packaging (original days pouch), and all freebies like stickers, etc. inside the pouch should be included. The item should not smell of perfume, worn and washed.
IMPORTANT: Any returned items that did not follow the policies above will automatically be cancelled as these products will not be sold anymore.
R5.) Undergarments cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
R6.) Shipping charges are non-refundable.
R7.) Once your return is delivered, allow 3-5 business days for inspection.
R8.) Once approved, we will send you an email message regarding the approval and you may begin to choose to replace the item you originally purchased initially and exchange it with a new different item of the same amount immediately or you may choose on a later date from our latest and upcoming releases. (Please refer to R2 for delivery exchange fees).
R9.) We do not accept returns or exchanges for products not purchased directly from our website.
DISCLAIMER
Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activities will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests.
